Property joint ventures can take many forms. Typically they are arrangements where profits are split between one party, who supplies the money and another, who brings skills to the table, such as project management. However, JV arrangements can take any form that two or more parties agree to. The most important thing to consider with such arrangements is an exit plan because things can and do, go south.
