Can I View The Investment Properties?
Absolutely. Where it is possible to arrange this for you our partners will do.
Some properties are off-plan and therefore in development so a viewing of the particular unit, apartment or house may not be possible until completion. This is due to health and safety regulations regarding building sites.
External viewings of the site however may still be possible and your consultant will be happy to arrange this for you.
For viewings on developed properties that are vacant, this is no problem at all. For tenanted properties your consultant will arrange a suitable time for you and the tenants to provide access so it works for all parties.
Are There Any Sourcing Fees?
No. Unlike most sourcing companies we don't charge you any fees. We simply match you with the very best agent we have found.
