What Happens Next?

A representative from our partner, a company called National Residential, will call you to discuss your options and circumstances.

Your property will be valued and should you wish to proceed with a sale, you will have the option of selling, at a discount, in 7 days or selling for through an online auction in 28 days.

Should you choose to sell through the auction, then your property will be put up with a guide price over which you have the final say. This means that the property will not be sold at a price you are not 100% happy with.
